Our name is a promise about geography. From the harbours and flint cottages of the north coast to the market towns and villages inland, we serve the whole of Norfolk from our base in the heart of the county - with no travel charge across our core area.
Coastal Norfolk is its own kind of work. Salt air is hard on flues, external pipework and condensate runs, and the mix of period cottages, holiday lets and second homes means every job asks a slightly different question. We're regulars on the coast road, and much of what we do here is for owners who aren't there year-round - which is exactly why everything we offer can be booked, followed and paid for remotely.
The market towns are our home ground - our base sits between Fakenham and Dereham, which means these are the places we can reach fastest and pass through most often. That proximity has a practical benefit: if an engineer is already booked in your town on a given day, our online calendar will offer you a greener-visit discount for joining the same run. Holt's Georgian streets, Fakenham's older terraces, Swaffham's cottages - varied work, all close to home.
West to King's Lynn, east to Norwich and the Broads - we cover the wider county with the same published prices and the same trusted team. Standard rates apply within 35 miles of our base with no travel charge. Further out, a small supplement applies - shown clearly before you book, never sprung on you after.
