Yes. All our work comes with a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If something we've worked on develops a fault due to our workmanship within 12 months of completion, we'll come back and put it right. No arguments, no quibbles.
The easiest way is online using our booking form - it takes about two minutes. You can also WhatsApp us, call, or send an email. We confirm all bookings the same day.
For jobs under £500 no deposit is required - you pay on completion. For jobs between £500 and £2,000 we ask for a 25% deposit on booking. For larger jobs (boiler installations, heat pumps etc) we ask for 30% upfront with the balance due within 14 days of completion. Deposits can be paid by card or bank transfer.
We understand things come up. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a £30 charge. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice or no-shows may incur a £60 charge. This helps cover our time and travel costs.
Yes - for jobs over £1,000 we offer interest-free payment plans spread over 3 months. You pay nothing extra - we absorb the cost because we want our services to be accessible. Ask us about this when booking.

We regularly work throughout the market towns of Fakenham, Holt, Aylsham and Reepham, and across the wider county including Dereham, Swaffham, Hunstanton, King's Lynn, Norwich and beyond.
